Each player is permitted exactly one fastbet account. Registering multiple accounts — including using a second Pakistani mobile number — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fastbet will close all associated accounts and may withhold any outstanding balances pending investigation.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits issued by fastbet are subject to wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. fastbet reserves the right to void bonuses in cases of suspected abuse.
All transactions on fastbet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited within 30 seconds. Withdrawals require successful KYC verification and are processed within 24 hours for mobile wallets and 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated bots, arbitrage betting strategies that exploit technical errors, and any other conduct designed to defraud fastbet or other players is strictly prohibited. fastbet reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts without prior notice where such conduct is suspected.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the fastbet Platform at any time. Where fastbet identifies multiple Accounts registered by the same individual — whether through the same mobile number, the same device, the same payment method, or the same identity documents — fastbet reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation for suspected abuse.
fastbet may request identity verification documents at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by fastbet Customer Support will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed. fastbet reserves the right to close an Account and return remaining deposits if KYC verification cannot be completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fastbet Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
fastbet will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from fastbet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to Customer Support immediately.
You agree to notify fastbet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. fastbet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to maintain the security of your login credentials.
fastbet reserves the right to suspend or lock an Account immediately where suspicious login activity, unusual transaction patterns, or potential unauthorised access is detected. fastbet will contact the registered mobile number to verify account ownership before reinstating access.
fastbet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. All deposit methods supported by fastbet are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to the fastbet wallet within thirty (30) seconds of confirmation.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your fastbet Account are legitimately owned by you, are free from any third-party claim, and are not derived from any illegal source. fastbet reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in connection with any deposit.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. fastbet does not charge a fee on player withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own applicable charges.
fastbet reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests that are unusually large, inconsistent with prior account activity, or where anti-money laundering (AML) obligations require additional verification. fastbet may suspend withdrawal processing for a period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days while such due diligence is conducted.
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. fastbet reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of PKR 200 per month to inactive Account balances. Players will be notified by SMS prior to the first fee deduction. Account balances will not be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.
All sports bets placed on the fastbet Platform are subject to the specific sport and market rules published within the fastbet sportsbook at the time of bet placement. General betting rules applicable across all markets are set out below.
All casino, live dealer, slot, and fishing game products available on the fastbet Platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game is governed by its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. fastbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonuses issued by fastbet carry a wagering requirement. The bonus amount, or the combined bonus and deposit amount where applicable, must be wagered the specified number of times before any funds derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified for each promotion.
fastbet employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine wagering intent, using a bonus in combination with betting strategies that reduce risk to an extent inconsistent with normal play, and colluding with other Players to satisfy bonus terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, fastbet reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and close the Account.
Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. fastbet is under no obligation to issue a replacement bonus where a Player fails to use a bonus within its validity period.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fastbet Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances:
fastbet reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or underage gambling, to the relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
All intellectual property rights in the fastbet Platform, including but not limited to the fastbet brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and data compilations, are owned by or licensed to fastbet. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the Player.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fastbet Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any fastbet intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fastbet's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fastbet does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful code. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary Platform unavailability. fastbet shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. By using the fastbet Platform, you acknowledge that you may lose money wagered and that fastbet is not responsible for gambling losses sustained in the normal course of use of the Services.
fastbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at fastbet.im/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and the use of the Platform is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and the improvement of the fastbet Platform and Services. fastbet does not sell personal data to third parties.
fastbet retains all account and transaction records for a minimum period of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and gaming regulatory obligations.

fastbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where closure is required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Upon Account closure by fastbet for cause, any pending bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits will be forfeited immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be assessed against any outstanding obligations arising from the breach before a determination is made regarding return of funds.
A Player may close their fastbet Account voluntarily at any time by contacting Customer Support via the 24/7 live chat available through the account dashboard. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fastbet holds its international gaming licence. fastbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the fastbet Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
